Tori Spelling was spotted without her wedding ring while she was leaving the Benihana restaurant in Encino, California, with her children.
Sources have revealed that Spelling, who was joined with her four children and her good friend Mehran Farhat, looked very notably pleasant and receptive with her kids, the New York Daily News reported.
Sources added that when she came out of the restaurant she seemed stressed out and was not happy to see photographers.
The insiders added that the 40-year-old actress had her nanny with her to help with all the kids and stayed tight-lipped when she was asked about her husband McDermott's infidelity.
It was earlier revealed that Spelling is making McDermott's life hell, after a woman came forward claiming she had sex with him.
