Two police personnel were suspended after a video of them, brutally beating up two children on suspicion of theft in Bulandshahr, went viral.
Constable Rakesh Kumar and the home guards, who assaulted the kids with a baton, have been suspended.
The case is of Ram Ghat police station of Bulandshahr, where the boys were caught by two policemen over suspicion of stealing mobile phones and cash from a devotee on the banks of Ganges.
