United States Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary Alice Wells will be on a two-day official visit to New Delhi on Wednesday to participate in the Raisina Dialogue conference on global issues.
The conference is hosted by the Observer Research Foundation in collaboration with the Indian Government.
Wells will also meet a number of officials of the Indian Government and members of the U.S. business community during her two-day tour.
The second edition of the Raisina Dialogue will be held today at Delhi's Taj Palace and conclude on January 19.
The theme of the annually-held Dialogue, this year, is "The New Normal: Multilateralism with Multi-Polarity"
The Dialogue is India's flagship geo-political conference.
