Noted sarod maestro Ustad Amjad Ali Khan to pay musical tribute to Mahatma Gandhi will pay tribute to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi on the occasion of his 146th birth anniversary in a D D Bharati organised programme today.

The musical programme is titled Sangeetanjali, and Ustad Amjad Ali Khan will play some beautiful renditions and musical compositions, including Gandhiji's favourite hymns Vaishnav Jan To Tene Kahiye Je and Ram Dhun.

Sangeetanjali will be telecast today at 9 p.m. and a repeat telecast will take place on Saturday.
