Whirlpool inaugurates built-in culinary studio by Chef Rakhee Vaswani in Mumbai

Whirlpool of India, a subsidiary of Whirlpool Corporation, the world's leading home appliance company, today inaugurated the first of its kind, experiential Built-in studio in Mumbai by Chef Rakhee Vaswani.

The state-of-the-art studio has been launched by Celebrity chef, Rakhee Vaswani in Bandra (west), and will be called 'Palate Culinary Studio.' Also present at the launch were Natarajan A, Head - New Business Unit, Whirlpool of India, celebrity Malaika Arora along with renowned chef Kunal Kapur, Ranveer Brar, Vicky Ratnani and Rakhee.

Kitchens are becoming an important part of the home and consumers want a modern kitchen with latest gadgets. Whirlpool's built-in studio satisfies this need and has a complete range of 30 built-in products from built-in hobs, hoods, coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, water purifier, steam oven and dishwasher.

The studio will act as an experiential center to the customers of Whirlpool, along with conducting cookery classes for amateurs, food enthusiasts and homemakers. This initiative is the first Built-in studio in India which will be used for showcasing the best of European styling along with their functionality offering. The studio showcases the three different Built-in ranges* - Glamour, Ambient and Genesis in a conceptual and functional environment.

Present at the launch, Natarajan A., Head - New Business Unit, Whirlpool of India said, "We are extremely excited with our first experiential Built-in culinary studio in Mumbai. We have established it with Chef Rakhee Vaswani with her palate culinary studio that shall display 30 Built-In Kitchen Appliance in Mumbai. Commenting on her second studio in Mumbai, Chef Rakhee Vaswani said, "This is my second studio in the city and am extremely excited associating with Whirlpool who shares same the brand values. This studio is the first state-of-the-art culinary entrepreneurial academy in India that gives budding chefs and food enthusiasts a playground to explore various facets of food. The equipment at the studio will give them the real exposure into the world of culinary arts."
