Pakistani batting legend Zaheer Abbas has backed Indian batting ace Virat Kohli to break all the records in international cricket and said that the premier Indian batter is destined for greatness.
Abbas is the latest entrant in the list of illustrious former cricketers hailing Kohli.
According to The Dawn, Abbas said that Kohli will manage to break all the previous records set in the game, adding that the transition phase in Indian batting has already happened as they now have a set line-up.
Abbas, who is a batting consultant with Pakistan, also expressed his satisfaction with Pakistan's up-and-coming batting talent, although he believes that MS Dhoni's comeback from injury will make India a stronger unit during the India-Pakistan clash on March 21.
