Mercedes Benz is ready to launch the highly anticipated all-new 2015 C Class at Indian shores on 25th of November. The next-gen sedan has been on sale in the global market (Europe and United States) from couple of months and it is now coming to India. The 2015 C Class will replace the on-going model and will rival with the Audi A4 and BMW 3 Series. Initially, Mercedes will only launch it in petrol guise while diesel will chuck-in sometime later.

Talking about the design, the 2015 C Class looks like a baby S Class, as it certainly has borrowed designing cues from the same - following the ‘Three Pointed Star’s’ new design language! Starting with the contour curves around the body, headlights and taillamps, S Class cues are very much evident. The new C Class gets LED headlamps, day-time-running-LEDs  along with LED taillamps. The 2015 sedan flaunts its low stance, lil’ aggressive front fascia and understated rear looks. Speaking of the interiors, it offers a less claustrophobic design compared to current one with retro touch in terms of AC louvers.

Mechanically, on the petrol front, the new C Class is likely to get a 2.0 liter four cylinder mill with expected output close to 208bhp and nearly 350Nm of torque. While diesel will get a 2.2 liter unit chucking out nearly 168bhp and 400Nm of torque. Both the engines are expected to get 7-speed DCT automatic transmission.
