Action Construction Equipment announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana, at Chandigarh, in the matter of Company Petition no 128 of 2015 connected with CP 61 of 2015, has approved and sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of ACE TC Rentals (Transferor Company) with Action Construction Equipment (Transferee Company), the Appointed Date for the Scheme is 01 April 2014. (The copy of the sanctioning order dated 17 November 2015 uploaded on the Hon'ble High Court's website on 03 December 2015.The Company has applied for the certified copy of the order. The Scheme of Amalgamation will be effective once certified copy of the order is filed with the Registrar of Companies.
