Adani Ports allots equity shares aggregating Rs 800 cr

Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone has allotted 1 crore equity shares of Rs 2 each at issue price of Rs 800 to Windy Lakeside Investment, aggregating to Rs 800 crore. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to 204,17,51,761 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
