Ador Multiproducts announced that 1908 E-Ventures, an associate Company of Ador Multiproducts is in process of allotment of 52,500 Equity Share (i.e. 4.99 % of total paid up share capital of the Associate Company) through private placement basis to meet out its business requirement, consequently share holding of Ador Multiproducts in the above mentioned associate company shall be reduced from 40% to 38%.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
