Alankit to hold board meeting

Alankit will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 April 2015, to consider and recommend Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31 March 2015, to appoint a Woman Whole Time Director of the Company, and to appoint Company Secretary (CS) & Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
