Allotment of ESOP under Tech Mahindra Ltd

Pursuant to provisions of Listing Regulations, the Securities Allotment Committee passed a resolution to the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra on 21 October 2019 for issue of total of 36,536 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under: - 496 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML ESOP B 2013. - 36,040 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP-2014. .
