Net profit of Ambuja Cements rose 77.13% to Rs 478.39 crore in the quarter ended December 2017 as against Rs 270.08 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2016. Sales rose 26.04% to Rs 6170.71 crore in the quarter ended December 2017 as against Rs 4895.75 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2016.For the full year,net profit rose 35.62% to Rs 1944.88 crore in the year ended December 2017 as against Rs 1434.07 crore during the previous year ended December 2016. Sales rose 17.44% to Rs 23598.44 crore in the year ended December 2017 as against Rs 20093.77 crore during the previous year ended December 2016.
