Anjani Portland Cement update on shifting of registered office

Anjani Portland Cement announced that the Regional Director (Western Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs has, vide its Order dated 08 September 2021, received by the Company on 13 September 2021, approved the Shifting the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Maharashtra under jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, (ROC Mumbai) to the State of Telangana under the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad (ROC Hyderabad).
