Apollo Tyres reports poor Q4 result

Apollo Tyres' consolidated net profit fell 7.31% to Rs 77.86 crore on 16.53% fall in total income to Rs 3,607.74 crore in Q4 March 2020 over Q4 March 2019.

The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 19 May 2020. Shares of Apollo Tyres rose 0.11% to close at Rs 91.75 on 19 May 2020.

Apollo Tyres said the board has not recommended any final dividend. The interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share declared by the board at its meeting held on 26 February 2020 shall be considered as final dividend for FY2020.
