Aptech announced that owing to transfer of entire shareholding of the Company (1.86% of the equity share capital) held by ASK Securities Advisory Services (ASK), of which Asit Koticha was a promoter, Asit Koticha has tendered his resignation as ASK Nominee Director with effect from 22 June 2016. The Board of Directors has accepted his resignation vide Circular Resolution passed on 22 June 2016.Further the Company has informed that, vide Circular Resolution passed by the Board of Directors on 22 June 2016, Asit Koticha is appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director), to fill up the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Maheshwer Peri who resigned on March 28, 2016 as an Independent Director.
