Archit Organosys will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 9 March 2016, to consider the matter for Allotment of 20,00,000 Equity Shares on Preferential Basis to the persons other than the promoters / promoters' group as per SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2009 as amended from time to time.
