Asian Paints consolidated net profit rises 10.14% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 7.79% to Rs 3952.45 crore

Net profit of Asian Paints rose 10.14% to Rs 479.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 435.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 7.79% to Rs 3952.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 3666.70 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 11.84% to Rs 2016.24 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1802.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 7.14% to Rs 15290.20 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 14271.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
