Asian Paints consolidated net profit rises 18.63% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 6.86% to Rs 3490.39 crore

Net profit of Asian Paints rose 18.63% to Rs 340.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 287.42 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 6.86% to Rs 3490.39 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 3266.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 14.47% to Rs 1395.15 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 1218.81 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 11.32% to Rs 14005.33 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 12581.64 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
