Asian Paints standalone net profit rises 9.94% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 9.42% to Rs 3320.28 crore

Net profit of Asian Paints rose 9.94% to Rs 440.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 400.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 9.42% to Rs 3320.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 3034.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 11.11% to Rs 1803.10 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1622.81 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 6.90% to Rs 12647.11 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 11830.33 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
