Axis Bank allots 2.13 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 2,13,715 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 22 March 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 612,67,63,828 (306,33,81,914 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,71,91,258 (306,35,95,629 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
