Axis Bank allots 5.56 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 5,56,853 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 8 February 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 612,35,33,634 (306,17,66,817 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,46,47,340 (306,23,23,670 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
