Axis Bank allots 5.97 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 5,97,639 equity shares of Rs. 2/-each of the Bank on 31 October 2022 pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 614,48,57,422 (307,24,28,711 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,60,52,700 (307,30,26,350 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
