Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 81,550 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 15 June 2015 pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 474,96,71,814 (237,48,35,907 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 474,98,34,914 (237,49,17,457 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
