Post allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 1610,72,32,250/- comprising of 161,07,23,225 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs. 1610,74,58,790/- comprising of 161,07,45,879 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up.
