Bank of Maharashtra announces cessation of MD & CEO

On 30 November 2018

Bank of Maharashtra announced that Ravindra Prabhakar Marathe, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, appointed in terms of Section 9(3)(a) of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980 by the Government of India has superannuated from the services of Bank on 30 November 2018 after the close of business hours.
