AAR Commercial Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 August 2016, have approved/ noted the following:- Resignation of Robin Keshri from the post of Company Secretary of the Company
Robin Keshri, Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the post due to his pre-occupations as a reason for resignation with effect from 01 August 2016 and his resignation has been accepted and noted by the board of directors.
