Board of ABB India to consider FY 2016 results and dividend

ABB India announced that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 09 February 2017, inter alia, to consider the Annual Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2016, and recommendation of dividend, if any.

The Board will also take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the 4th Quarter ended 31 December 2016.
