The Board of Balmer Lawrie & Company at its meeting held on 11 November 2019 has recommended issuance of Bonus Shares of the Company in the ratio of 1:2. The Board has approved the proposal to capitalize Rs. 57,00,12,820/- out of the existing reserve and surplus of the Company to issue the aforesaid bonus shares and thereby increasing the paid up capital from Rs. 1,14,00,25,640 to Rs. 1,71,00,38,460.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
