Bayer CropScience announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 March 2016, has considered and approved the following items:1. The Board appointed Ulrich Stefer as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 04 March 2016.
2. Resignation tendered by Dr. Thomas Hoffmann as an Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the closing hours of March 31, 2016
3. The Board approved the appointment of Ulrich Stefer as the Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 01 April 2016. The said appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders and the Central Government.
