Board of Bharat Forge approves acquisition of balance 40% stake in Analogic Controls India

At meeting held on 10 August 2017

Bharat Forge announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 10 August 2017, have accorded their approval for acquisition of balance 40% share of Analogic Controls India. Post this acquisition, ACIL will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
