Board of Caplin Point Laboratories recommends final dividend

Caplin Point Laboratories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 August 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

- Recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 4.00 (Rupees Four only) per share (40%) on the equity capital of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended 30 June 2014 subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
