Board of CMC recommends dividend

Of Rs 27.5 per share

CMC announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 April 2015, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 27.5 per equity Share (i.e. 275%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
