Cosmo Ferrites announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 November 2014, inter alia, has decided the following:

1. Appointment of Dr. Ramakant Dwivedi as Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director.

2. Appointment of Janardan Gupta as Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director.
