Board of Diamines & Chemicals apporves change in directorate

At meeting held on 06 February 2014

Diamines & Chemicals announced that -

1. Resignation of Girish R. Satarkar as Executive Director of the Company

- Girish R. Satarkar has tendered his resignation, effective from closing hours of 31 January 2015 from his position as Executive Director on the Board of the Company which was taken and accepted by Board of Directors as at its meeting held on 06 February 2015.

2. Appointment of Govindarajapuram Seshadri Venkatachalam

- The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015 has appointed Govindarajapuram Seshadri Venkatachalam as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from closing hours of 06 February 2015.
