Board of E.Com Infotech (India) approves acquisition of majority stake in Mumbai based entity

At meeting held on 14 December 2019

The Board of E.Com Infotech (India) at its meeting held on 14 December 2019 has decided to acquire a 51% stake in the form of equity shares in a Mumbai entity. The proposed start-up as Freebird Aerospace India will focus on the Aerospace vertical and is planned to be registered under the Startup India scheme announced by the Government of India.
