Board of Elantas Beck India appoints MD

At meeting held on 23 July 2019

The Board of Elantas Beck India at its meeting held on 23 July 2019 has appointed Srikumar Ramakrishnan ( DIN: 07685069) who is working with the Company as President, as additional Director of the Company.

Further, the Board, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company, has appointed Srikumar Ramakrishnan as Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. 1 August 2019.
