Board of EMCO approve incorporation of subsidiary in Dubai

At meeting held on 28 October 2015

EMCO announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2015, inter alia, has passed a resolution to establish a wholly owned subsidiary at Dubai in UAE and make investment therein.
