At meeting held on 04 February 2016

Era Buildsys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 February 2016, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:

1. Appointed Rattan Lal, as Independent & Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 04 Februry 2016.

2. Appointed Sushant Bhatnagar, as Additional Director of the Company in Non-Executive Category w.e.f. 04 February 2016.
