Board of Excel Crop Care approves sale of investment in Aimco Pesticides

At meeting held on 22 April 2016

Excel Crop Care announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 April 2016, has considered and approved sale of investment in 23,30,120 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up of Aimco Pesticides at aggregate consideration of Rs. 9,32,04,800/-. The sale of the shares will be made to some of the existing co-promoters of Aimco Pesticides.
