Board of Granules India approves buyback of shares up to Rs 250 cr

At meeting held on 21 January 2020

The Board of Granules India at its meeting held on 21 January 2020 has approved the proposal to buyback up to 1.25 crore equity shares of the company for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 250 crore, being 4.92% of the total paid up equity share capital at Rs 1200 per share.
