Board of Harrisons Malayalam approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 11 February 2015

Harrisons Malayalam announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015:

1. Has accepted the resignation of Ajit Singh Chouhan from the Board with immediate effect.

2. Has appointed Sachin Nandgaonkar as Director in the casual vacancy created by the resignation of Ajit Singh Chouhan.
