Board of Hathway Cable & Datacom approves allotment of 3.08 cr shares to Hathway Investments

The Board of Hathway Cable & Datacom via circular resolution approved allotment of 3,08,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each (the Equity Shares) of the Company to Hathway Investments, an entity forming part of the promoter group at a price of Rs. 32.35 per equity share including premium of Rs. 30.35 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 99.63 on preferential basis.
