Board of HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company recommends interim dividend

HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 December 2017, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 1.36 per equity Share (i.e. 13.6%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
