High Ground Enterprise announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 September 2014,inter alia, has transacted the following:- Recommendation of final dividend @ Rs. 0.70/- per share of Rs. 10/- for the F. Y. ended 31 March 2014.
