Board of Hindustan Construction Company approves change in directorate
At meeting held on 02 May 2016
Hindustan Construction Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 May 2016, has transacted the following:1. The Board of Directors has appointed Rajgopal Nogja as the Group CEO of the Company w.e.f. 03 May 2016. Pursuant to his appointment, Mr. Rajgopal Nogja has stepped down from the Board of Directors as Whole Time Director w.e.f. 02 May 2016.
2. N. R. Acharyulu, has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company.
