Hipolin announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014 approved the following -

The resignation of Mahesh S Shan, Kaushik R Patel and Rohitbhai K Choksi as Independent Directors of the Company.

The appointment of Umeshbhai P Mehta and Ajaybhai R Gandhi as Additional Directors of the Company.
