Board of IDBI Bank approves divestment of up to 49% stake in IDBI Capital Market Securities and IDBI Intech

At meeting held on 10 December 2019

The Board of IDBI Bank at its meeting held on 10 December 2019 has given in-principle approval to divest IDBI Bank's stake in its subsidiaries namely, IDBI Capital Market Securities and IDBI Intech to the extent of 49% to the prospective investors and retaining controlling stake with the Bank.
