Board of Indo Rama Synthetics (India) recommends final dividend

Indo Rama Synthetics (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2016, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.00 per equity Share (i.e. 10%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
