The Board of Indsil Hydro Power & Manganese at its meeting held on 08 January 2020 has declared the first interim dividend of Rs 0.50 per share of Rs 10 each (5%) on 10% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of the Company for the financial year 2019-20.
